Ultima Conference Centre and Tweed Ultima Apartments is ideally positioned on the Tweed Heads and Coolangatta border. We are close to superb surf beaches and river parklands, offering many beautiful options for your wedding service. Beach, harbour, riverside or parkland settings are amongst the venues avalable. Churches for more traditionla services are located nearby or you have the option to choose our smaller Ultima Room for your service and our larger Grand Room for your reception.
Ultima Conference & Events Centre offers a variety of reception options ranging from banquet or buffet to cocktail style or more casual reception styles. our on-site catering team offer a range of adaptable menus to suit every taste and wedding style, catering from the more intimate wedding of 30 guests to a more grandeur style for up to 150 guests we have something for everyone and any budget.
Grand Room
Our Grand Room is the Larger of the Two Rooms, we tend to use this one for receptions as it is more spacous.
The Grand Room is 21M L X 13M W in size. and fits up to 150 Banquet.
We do also offer the Ultima Room for smaller Weddings or as an option for the Ceromony it is located next door to the Grand Room with a conection Door. it is 6.5M W X 19M L in size and can fit up to 80 Banquet with not much room for Dance Floor this is why it ideal for the ceramony and back up for if the weather changes on an outdoor ceremony.
