Our team has been helping couples create the wedding of their dreams since 2007 so you can relax, knowing your special day is in the hands of experienced professionals who’ll make the day as it should be – ALL ABOUT YOU.

The Pavillion
The Pavillion over-looking the caldera valley and lush green tweed farmland seats 100 for a sit-down event or 150 cocktail style standing function.
featuring high ceilings, polished wooden floors and floor to ceiling bi-folding glass doors, this space is a great light filled canvas to transform into the wedding space of your dreams.
Make use of our outdoor areas and balconies too for the various elements of your event.

Onsite Ceremony Package ~ $500
Your package includes:
- Up to 48 chairs set up for the ceremony.
- Dressed registry table and two chairs.
- Vintage-style glass water dispenser with iced water and disposable cups for guests.
- Use of our eclectic collection of umbrellas for shade or rain.
- A bottle of celebratory organic bubbles for the bridal party during photos.
Standard Wedding venue hire ~ $2,500
Enjoy exclusive use of the Café Pavilion with the following inclusions:
- Payment of Tweed Shire Council’s fee to use the Gallery for a private function.
- A dedicated Wedding Coordinator to assist you with menu selection, venue logistics and the development of a run sheet to help things run smoothly on the day.
- A team of professional staff to service your event.
- Complimentary use of the piano foyer area to host your pre-dinner canapés.
- Bar set up and service, including staff and glassware.
- Hire and set up of our tables and chairs.
- Setting and dressing of all tables with your centrepieces and place cards.
- All crockery, cutlery and glassware, set on the tables.
- White linen tablecloths and napkins, set on the tables.
- Rustic timber cake trolley and cake knife.
