We offer you the option to book the entire hotel for you and your guests' exclusive use, including all 50 exquisitely-styled rooms and suites. Or simply book your wedding night stay where romance, privacy and discretion are assured.

We offer a range of beautiful settings for you to host your event within our hotel which is located in the Brisbane CBD.

We can welcome up to 120 people in our largest function room. We also have four smaller function rooms, which are flexible in their layout, suited to more intimate groups.

Our chefs will craft a superb menu of culinary delights, accompanied by a fine selection of wines, to suit your occasion, tastes and budget.

At The New Inchcolm, you have the freedom to organise your own event or invite our experienced Event Manager to look after everything for you – from flowers to entertainment and more.

Charleston Room

We are a boutique venue which is very unique and will therefore be a bespoke and unique one of a kind Wedding Reception for your very big and special day.

The Charleston Ballroom has one wall of heritage style windows which are very tall, gorgeous blinds and curtains and stunning light fixtures in between each window.  The other wall has very pretty sheer black curtains covering the plain wall.   

This room is perfect for all styles of Weddings.  We can do Receptions of up to 80 on round tables with your traditional style Bridal Table at the front of the room, a dance floor and all other items in the room required, such as cake and gift tables.  We can do stunning long banquet dining tables with a Bridal Table and everything else mentioned previously for 60.  Cocktail style is a popular and more cost effective style of Wedding which we do very elegantly for up to 120 people.

Our packages are very inclusive with a four different types to choose from or, we love to create a bespoke package to suit exactly what a Bridal Couple wants for their special day.

We can liaise with suppliers on your behalf or put you in touch with our preferred industry contacts.

You have a dedicated Wedding Expert Coordinator looking after you from start to finish who has many years of experience and contacts at your disposal.

We also do a complimentary menu tasting for the Bride and Groom once the menu is selected so everyone is happy with the meal.  All dietaries are catered for separately so know need to consider those when choosing your menu.

The package also includes your Bridal Suite for after the Reception, which you can choose from either a two level Loft Suite or our "one of a kind" Thomson Suite.

The relationship starts with a site inspection of the whole venue and a glass of celebratory champagne while we look over the package options and talk about your dream day.

We can do a ceremony, move your guests into our Socialites Bar for Canapes and Beverages while you have your photos taken and we set the room for your Reception.
