How much does it cost?

Veilability is free to all our brides.

You can do a search at any time on the homepage, or at the top of any of the search results pages. For more detail about how Veilability works have a look at our How It Works page.

How does it work?

Veilability makes finding your perfect venue so simple. Just do a search by the things that matter most to you and we’ll find the venues that are an exact match for you, as well as some others you might want to consider also. You can then click on a Venue and view a whole lot more detail on the function room itself, the venue, packages the venue has available and a detailed map.

The real deal-breaker for most brides is whether the venue is available or not. On the Venue Details page you’ll see an Enquire Now button. Just click on that and submit and enquiry with your wedding details and preferred dates and our Veilability Wedding Concierge will do all the hard work for you. We’ll let you know within 48hrs (work days) whether the venue is available or not. It couldn’t be easier. And the best part is, you get 4 priority enquiries for free!

How will you contact me?

The venue Wedding Coordinator or a Veilability team member will contact you by the phone or email details you provide in your enquiry form. If you have a preferred means of contact or specific times you would like to be contacted (not contacted), this just make a note of this at the bottom of the Enquiry Form.

I submitted an enquiry form but have not heard back from anybody?

If you have not heard back from us after 48hrs (work days), then send us a quick email at customerservice@veilability.com.au. We have lots of systems in place to ensure this happens but sometimes things can go wrong and we’d hate to feel we were letting you down.
