The gardens are breathtaking all year round and the grounds set on one acre of rainforest rich land are a photographer’s dream come true. With ample space to hold your ceremony in our lace-laden pergola and reception inside the elegant tearoom, you’re able to make the very most of your special day in one magical location.

Our wedding packages are completely inclusive in that we offer everything from the ceremony, pre-reception and reception, including catering. You will walk into your wedding day with everything set in place, and exclusive use of the venue. We step our couples through a complimentary consultation process, enabling us ensure your day is perfect.

Welcome to Our Venue

Our unique Mountain venue offers you the ability to celebrate your special day, your way.

Our beautiful gardens are a photographers dream.

Pathways lead to a magical fairy lit tree which is ideal for an intimate ceremony or to the pergola which can be draped with soft fabric & finished off with a pretty chandelier.

Our elegant high tea room with adjoining deck is ideal for your more formal wedding reception with the Pavilion Garden Bar and grass area perfect for the more casual event.

We also now offer exclusivity for the entire venue. It can be completely yours with no public access.

Our Wedding Coordinator will meet with you and help to create the wedding of your dreams.

 

Additional Information

Deposit Required: $1000 is required to secure your wedding booking. When we receive the deposit your wedding date will be locked in. The deposit will be deducted from your final amount owing.

Menu Choices: You are welcome to discuss this at any time with the wedding coordinator if all choices of the menu are finalised 21 days prior to the wedding.

Final Numbers and Payments: We require final numbers and payments at least 21 days prior to the wedding day. This can be paid by eftpos or direct deposit into our bank account.

Children’s Costs: $30 per child 12 years and under. A children’s meal will consist of either chicken nuggets. Fish and chips or a cheese burger.

Vendors: (Photographers, entertainers etc). Normally vendors will require a meal. The cost is 1⁄2 price of the menu chosen. This is your responsibility to organise with your vendors

Bar Tab: You can choose any amount you wish to have on the bar tab. You can top this up during the reception. Initial bar tab must be paid with final payment 21 days prior to the wedding.

Beverages: Our Garden Pavilion Bar has a number of raft beers on tap as well as a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please liaise with our wedding coordinator to make sure the bar is stocked with your beverage choices.

Wedding Cake: We are happy for you to use your wedding cake as a dessert. We can cut your cake and serve on platters with side plates and cutlery provided for self service for an additional $2.50 per person; however, we do ask that you consider the delivery time of the cake, as we have no space in our fridges to keep your cake safe. An afternoon delivery on the day of the wedding is the best.

Special Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any guests that have special diet request. For example: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan etc. We can supply special meals at no extra cost. Please advise us of this when we receive final numbers and payments.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit of $1000 is required to secure your wedding booking. This deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE. If unforeseen circumstances occur, we will consider returning 50% if within 12 weeks of the date booked.

All payments must be finalised 21 days prior to wedding day. We have authority to CANCEL the booking if payment is not received and prior arrangements are not agreed and approved. This must be in writing to be accepted.

Personal decorations will need to be approved by the wedding coordinator prior to setup.

Alcohol will be served in accordance with Liquor Act. ID may be requested to be sighted. We will expect all guests to behave in an appropriate manner. Unruly behaviour will not be accepted. If it does occur with any guests, they will be asked to leave by staff and appropriate authorities will be notified.

You will be responsible for any breakages and damage on our premises that occur due to thoughtless behaviour. We do understand that accidents do occur.

Any valuable items belonging to you must be taken immediately after the reception. We will not be responsible if left unattended.

“Natural Beauty”

Pergola and Pavilion

We call this the Emerald Package for obvious reasons. Set in the well- established greenery of the beautiful pavilion gardens with draping organza from the open air rafters and alter.

The reception is set on the lawn under a large white octangular, purposefully built see through structure on granite with a capacity of up to 90 people.

Platinum Package

“Elegance & Opulence”

Pergola/Open Air Chapel & Silver Service Dining Room from $85 per person complete with white walls and large elegant silver tile flooring, crystal chandeliers and glass walls.

Complete opulence.

Capacity of 90 people.

Venue Facility Hire: $2,400

 

Red Diamond Package

“Uniquely Beautiful”

Total exclusivity of the entire property, Pergola, Chapel, Silver Service Dining Room, Pavilion Garden Bar and all our magnificent garden areas.

Venue Facility Hire $3,495

Red for stop all traffic. Total exclusivity package of the entire 1-acre venue. No public access, the entire property and facilities are closed for your private wedding.

The gardens, games on the lawn, the bar for pre and post ceremony drinks the silver service dining area for your reception, the spaciousness of the pavilion to dance the night away, exclusive access to all the facilities – ALL YOURS!

 

Heirloom Package

“Diamonds & Pearls”

A small gathering for under 25 guests and/or ‘no waiting’ or ‘last minute’ wedding.

Menu under $65 per person

Venue facility hire: $800

This package is discreetly shared with the general public and patrons of the Pavilion Gardens at the time of your ceremony and reception. Though every care is taken to ‘section off’ your ceremonial space and patrons will be redirected to use an alternative entry at the time of the brides arrival to walk the gorgeous entry, the pavilion gardens will remain open for business in this package.

Patrons who visit our gardens during this time are often very respectful of your ceremony and celebration with may who enjoy the view of the brides entry – we cannot guarantee noise or sound level or anything else you may deem unsuitable or inappropriate.

The Pavilion will have a reserved table set for you and your guests dressed as a wedding table to one side of the pavilion, with the other side, being for general patron seating.
