Cherrabah Resort sprawls across 5086 acres of a very peaceful mountain perched almost 3000 feet above sea level, overlooking the picturesque Elbow Valley and the Great Dividing Range. Only 2.5 hours from Brisbane and 1.5 hours from Toowoomba Cherrabah makes the perfect location for you to celebrate your wedding with loved ones.
We would love to offer you the opportunity to experience Cherrabah Resort first-hand before you make your final decision. We offer a complimentary night’s accommodation for two people including breakfast. While you stay with us our dedicated Wedding Coordinator will guide you through all there is to know about Cherrabah Resort.
Take advantage of our country atmosphere and hold your ceremony out on the property here at Cherrabah. With a variety of ceremony venues on the property, Cherrabah Resort offers a unique and memorable setting for both you and your guests.
Drovers Resturant is where you and your guests can sit down for the formalities of the evening. Able to seat a maximum of 120 people. This room is where you will enjoy a hearty, country style meal, complete speeches and enjoy dessert with your loved ones.
The Homestead Lounge Bar is the largest of our indoor spaces it is filled with classic olden day charm and caters for upto 100-150 people, cocktail style. This area is the main common area for your guests which is where our fully licensed bar, main entertainment stage and dance floor are situated. Overlooking the terrance and endless valley views along with an open fire place.
Another one of our unique features that make us the one stop wedding venue is our in-house accommodation. knowing that once you have arrived on the eve of your wedding, you have your motel room on-site and don't have to worry about driving back to your accommodation once the festivities have wrapped up.
Cherrabah Resort is an all-season venue with a combination of picturesque mountain views and professional facilities that strikes the perfect balance for your event. At Cherrabah we are dedicated in creating the perfect experience for your special day with true country hospitality; nothing is too much trouble and nothing will be left to chance. The uniqueness of Cherrabah is best appreciated by a personal Inspection tour, which our staff can book for you by arrangement.

The Homestead Lounge Bar
The largest of our indoor spaces. The Homestead Lounge Bar is filled with classic olden day charm and caters for up to 100-150 people, cocktail style. This area is the main common area for your guests which is where our fully licensed bar, main entertainment stage and dance floor are situated. Overlooking the terrace and endless valley views along with an open fireplace.
Not too far from the entertainment and bar area is our veranda with grass area and fairy lights, which overlooks the picturesque Elbow Valley and Great Dividing Range. Making it a great place to socialize.

The stunning backdrop of the Great Dividing Range and serenity of the country offers the perfect setting to commemorate your day with family and friends. Cherrabah offers a variety of unique locations throughout the property to host your ceremony. Transportation is available via our tractor train between any location you choose and the main homestead for ease of access.

Our Homestead offers a stylish, country classed hospitality venue to host your wedding dream reception. Your Guests can enjoy pre-reception cocktails and canapes in the Homestead lounge Bar; which accommodates dance space, lounges to relax around the fireplace and breathtaking mountain views of the Great Dividing Range out on the terrace. Appreciate a professional dining experience with all the touches of country hospitality in the Drovers Restaurant. We also offer a variety of menu packages to suit the catering needs for your special day. Our seating can accomodate up to 120 people to enjoy the formalities of the evening.
