Located in Brisbane's Heritage Quarter and adjacent to the Botanic Gardens and Brisbane River, the Port Office Hotel offers the perfect locality for a Garden Ceremony. Our Wedding Coordinators will book all of your wedding needs from your ceremony to accommodation, stationary and decorations, allowing your day to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Host your wedding day in your choice from a variety of styles combined with your selection from our all-inclusive packages. Your Wedding Reception will always include all catering, beverage, decoration & room hire costs at one fixed price per head. Alternatively, you may design your own reception at the Port Office Hotel with the assistance of our professional wedding coordinator.

Port Office Hotel Wedding Packages offer a complete, simple & all-inclusive provision for all varieties of Wedding Receptions. Tailoring Receptions for all requirements, our “Creative” Receptions offering will ensure your “Wish-List” is complete with all of your personal requirements… offering Seasonal Menu’s to compliment Brisbane’s finest produce, the vast array of Packages available ensure quality and versatility all year round…

Our packages shall always include the following within the advertised set price per person:

  • a dedicated wedding planner & stylist via main event weddings to plan, style & coordinate your wedding day
  • expert third party advice & planning provisions & guidance on external suppliers & vendors via main event weddings
  • five hours venue hire - available to be extended @ your leisure for a set price of $500.00 per hour {6 hours with cream-of-the-crop package}
  • an all inclusive five hour beverage package inclusive of beer, wine & soft drink
  • a complete catering package inclusive of arrival canapés, set course or alternate course menu as per your chosen package
  • complete custom styling package – peruse our ‘look book’ to select a style for your wedding & plan the perfect décor to suit your tastes*
  • full audio visual & lighting provision
  • exclusive use of the bridal retreat on arrival for the bridal party
  • complimentary menu & wine tasting to ensure your preferred catering selection is ‘just so’ for your wedding day

* Excess styling shall incur an additional fee outside of the included set price per person. Styling allocation of $10.00pp for classic cocktail package & $15.00pp for chic cocktail package or $18.00pp for all seated weddings does not contribute towards the minimum spend required.
