This spectacular private homestead is an exclusive health retreat and Bed & Breakfast. Exclusive use of grounds and living areas are available for hire as your wedding venue.
Alaya Verde enjoys a rich hinterland wildlife environment. The accommodation at Alaya Verde Luxury Nature Bed & Breakfast consists of two luxury private pavilion rooms, each with a clean contemporary style, and private open patios overlooking the properties grounds and wildlife. Additionally we have a third separate pavilion overlooking the silver perch pond main communal area which flows through to the pool. This pavilion has tropical French inspired décor, a queen size bed and a separate private bathroom with bath. Each private suite is individually designed with comfortable attractive furnishings and décor. The bathroom in the Gold Suite has an outdoor bath area with a single spa bath with a view to the stars and moon.
We offer Alaya Verde in pristine condition for the day of your function. We work with you to ensure that preparations run smoothly.
Catering can be arranged with some of Queensland and Australia’s best chefs. Send us an Enquiry to discuss your ideas or to source sample menus to suit your event and budget.
Parking area suitable for 10 cars. Bus transportation required for any group exceeding 30. Noise levels in accordance with local regulation.
Alaya Verde Weddings
Set-up from 7am. Exclusive use of grounds and living areas. Functions of 40 or more require additional toilet hire. Site inspection recommended by hirer and catering / event staff. Parking area suitable for 10 cars. Bus transportation required for any group exceeding 30. Noise levels in accordance with local regulation. Functions over 60 – plus 10% Functions over 80 – plus 20% Premises left tidy, refuse left in orderly condition for removal. Bond of $1,000.00 taken by pre-authority to nominated credit card. Alaya Verde ‘Terms & Conditions of Hire’ document read and agreed to.
