We do not disclose any information about customer searches and enquiries to anyone other than the customer or persons who can verify are authorised by the customer in relation to the search or enquiry, except in the following circumstances:

  • Wedding Reception Providers: When an Enquiry or Message is sent to a Wedding Venue or Vendor, we provide the venue/vendor with the details you submitted in the form. The venue requires this information to be able to respond to your request satisfactorily and may use it if to contact you about your request.
  • Service Providers: We work with a third party email service provider to facilitate our newsletter marketing campaigns using the information described in this policy. They are not permitted to use your email address or share personal information for any other purpose.
  • Legal Obligations: We may be required by law to disclose your Personal Information. We may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to our interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.

How you control and access your information

You may, of course, decline to share certain information with Veilability, in which case Veilability may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality found on the Service. Deletion of your information

You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you if it no longer is required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations. If at any time you want to request that we delete your personal information, please send an email to hello@veilability.com.au with details of what you would like deleted and reason for the request if you are comfortable doing so.

What security procedures does Veilability use to protect personal information?

While no Internet Website can guarantee security, we use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorised access, maintaining data accuracy, and correctly using your Personal Information. Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we use commercially reasonable efforts to limit access to your Personal Information to the employees, agents, and officers of Veilability who need the information for their jobs.
